Position Summary
The Assembler/production worker is responsible for assembling component parts or pieces while adhering to specified blueprints or schematics, verifying correct quantities of component parts, quality checking completed items, and using hand tools and mechanical equipment to produce structurally sound, high‑quality custom aluminum windows and doors. This role offers growth opportunities and skill development for individuals seeking advancement.
ScheduleMonday - Friday, 5:00 AM - 1:30 PM. Overtime and Saturday work may be required due to business needs.

- Prepares work to be accomplished by studying assembly instructions, specifications, and parts lists.
- Gathering parts, sub‑assemblies, tools, and materials to complete assigned tasks.
- Assembles components by examining connections for correct fit, fastening parts and sub‑assemblies.
- Verifies specifications by measuring components.
- Maintains a safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations, including wearing department‑specific personal protective equipment.
- Properly and safely operates machinery and hand tools.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related tasks to achieve production results.
- Ability to perform work thoroughly and accurately
- Ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment

- Must be physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs, unassisted.
- Ability to frequently stand, walk, reach within hand and arm length, kneel, and crouch.
- Full hand dexterity.
This job operates in a warehouse/production environment with loud machine noises and exposure to hot/cold temperatures depending on season.

Education:
High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Be able to pass basic assessment.
- Previous manufacturing experience preferred.
- Previous production experience in assembly or experience working with hand tools.
