Production​/Manufacturing Supervisor

Vacaville, CA 95688 – Full Time – $75,000.00 - $95,000.00 salary/year – Day shift – All Weather Architectural Aluminum

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Production Supervisor to oversee daily operations within our production department. This role maintains efficient workflows, ensures safety and quality standards, and leads a team of production employees.

Monday - Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM. Must work overtime, weekends, and off shifts as needed.

• Supervise and coordinate daily production activities to meet production goals, deadlines, and quality standards.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety procedures, and quality control standards.
• Monitor workflow and adjust labor and equipment resources as needed.
• Train, coach, and mentor production staff; address performance issues and provide feedback.
• Collaborate with other departments (Quality Control, Maintenance, Shipping, etc.) to resolve production issues.
• Maintain accurate production records, reports, and documentation.
• Conduct regular safety inspections and lead safety meetings.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and participate in Lean/Kaizen initiatives.
• Ensure equipment is properly maintained and downtime is minimized.
• Assist with hiring, onboarding, and performance evaluations of production personnel.

Lifting up to 50 lbs unassisted; walking and standing for long periods.

Warehouse/production environment with exposure to noise, glass, and machinery. Some administrative tasks performed in an office setting.

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.

• 3+ years of supervisory experience in a production/manufacturing environment, preferably in window production.
• Familiarity with lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Experience with production management Software/ERP Systems.
• Experience with Paycom or similar HRIS system.
