In this role, you will operate high-speed automated production and packaging machinery to mix and prepare high-volume batches of donuts. You will be responsible for monitoring product quality, handling materials, and ensuring strict food safety and sanitation compliance on the production floor.
Key Responsibilities- Line Operation:
Set up, run, and monitor automated commercial donut-making and packaging equipment. - Packaging & Palletizing:
Package finished donuts, move product trays, and securely palletize items for distribution. - Material Handling:
Safely move ingredients, dough, and packaging materials throughout the production floor. - Quality Control:
Inspect donuts to ensure they meet standards for the correct size, shape, texture, and appearance. - Sanitation & Safety:
Keep the work area completely clean, strictly follow safety policies, and properly sanitize equipment.
- Physical Stamina:
Must be able to stand for 8 to 10-hour shifts and frequently lift, carry, or move up to 50 pounds. - Schedule Flexibility:
Must be able to work early morning shifts, weekends, or overtime as production demands require. - Experience:
Entry-level candidates are welcome! On-the-job training is provided, though previous food manufacturing experience is a great bonus.
salary: $17.25 - $17.5 per hour
