Role Overview
In this full-time position, you will be responsible for setting up, running, monitoring, and maintaining our food processing and packaging production lines. This is a hands‑on manufacturing role focused on safety compliance, quality control, and ensuring consistent, high-volume output.
Key Responsibilities- Machine Operation: Set up and operate food processing, dough handling, and packaging machinery.
- Line Monitoring: Continuously monitor production lines for output consistency, defects, or mechanical jams.
- Packaging & Palletizing: Package finished baked goods and securely palletize them for distribution.
- Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance and basic troubleshooting on equipment to keep the line running smoothly.
- Quality Control: Conduct regular quality checks to ensure all products meet strict texture, size, and presentation standards.
- Safety & Sanitation: Maintain a clean work area and strictly follow all safety, sanitation, and food safety rules.
- Must be able to stand for long shifts lasting 8 to 10 hours.
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly.
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks, including bending, twisting, pushing, and reaching.
- Comfortable working in a commercial bakery environment with varying temperatures and industrial noise levels.
salary: $17.25 - $17.5 per hour
