Description:
1 year of recent full-time equivalent experience is required. Candidates must be a graduate of an accredited nursing program. A Registered Nurse License in the state where care is provided is necessary. Basic Life Support and Advanced Cardiac Life Support certifications are required. A Bachelor's degree in nursing or a related field is preferred. Two years of recent ICU nursing experience is preferred.
NIH Stroke Scale Certificate is preferred. CCRN certification is preferred. Dialysis, SLED, or equivalent experience is preferred.
