Employee Health Support RN
Assists with the care and management of employee health. Primary focus is support of Employee Health clinics including Flu and Respiratory Fit Testing. Assists with backup tasks to the Employee Health RN Coordinators as requested. Supports new hires' medical clearance reviews, work injuries, exposures, return-to-work, fitness for duty, organizational requirements, and wellness initiatives. Supports employee health clinics for Flu and Respiratory fit.
Supports other Employee Health activities or clinic initiatives. Assists in promoting health services to employees that meet established medical standards, OSHA regulations, and organizational policies. Participates in Performance Improvement activities. Actively participates on assigned committees or projects, as assigned. Performs other duties as assigned.
Experience:
Three years of professional-level experience in clinical nursing required. One year of Employee and Occupational Health nursing preferred. One year of case management experience preferred. License:
Active, unrestricted RN license required. License must be in good standing throughout employment.
Certifications:
AHA or equivalent BLS required. Certification in Occupational Health nursing preferred.
