About This Role

- Implement best practice models and patient care delivery systems.
- Investigate and resolve patient/family/member concerns regarding care and services.
- Collaborate with physicians and healthcare providers for optimal patient care.
- Monitor resource needs in assigned clinical areas.
- Ensure appropriate assignment and utilization of equipment, supplies, and medications.
- Foster a safe environment for patients and employees.
- Maintain clinical expertise and provide supervision and competency for the team.
- Delegate tasks aligned to scope of practice.
- Manage designated work unit by translating business plans into tactical action items.
- Develop strategic partnerships with physicians and manage complex work streams.
Education:
- Associate's Degree (ADN) required
- Leadership experience in a healthcare setting
Certifications:
- Current RN License in California
