Project Administrator (Change Control / GMP)
Vacaville, CA (Onsite)
$44-$47/hr W2
Contract through January (possible extension)
We re seeking a Project Administrator to support Technology Transfer and CAPEX projects in a GMP-regulated biopharmaceutical manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities- Manage Change Controls from initiation through closure.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams (Quality, Manufacturing, Engineering, Validation, Regulatory, Supply Chain).
- Track project timelines, action items, and milestones.
- Schedule meetings, document minutes, and maintain project documentation.
- Ensure cGMP compliance and audit-ready records.
- 2+ years of experience in biotech, pharmaceutical, medical device, or another GMP-regulated industry.
- Experience with Change Control and Quality Management Systems (Veeva, Track Wise, Master Control, or similar).
- Strong project coordination, communication, and organizational skills.
