Duration: 6-Month Contract (Possible Extension)
We're seeking a Technology Transfer Coordinators to support Technology Transfer and CAPEX projects within a GMP-regulated biopharmaceutical environment
. This role is ideal for professionals with experience managing Change Controls
, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring projects stay on track while maintaining compliance.
- Manage Change Controls from initiation through closure
- Coordinate with Quality, Manufacturing, Engineering, Validation, Regulatory, and Supply Chain teams
- Support project planning, documentation, meeting coordination, and milestone tracking
- Maintain compliant, audit-ready documentation in accordance with cGMP requirements
- Drive timelines, approvals, and stakeholder communication
- 2+ years of experience in biotech, pharmaceutical, medical device, or other GMP-regulated industries
- Experience with Change Control processes and eQMS platforms (Veeva, Track Wise, Master Control, or similar)
- Strong understanding of cGMP, Quality Systems, and project coordination
- Bachelor s degree in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Engineering, Business, or a related field preferred
