Base pay range: $19.00/hr - $26.00/hr

• Team Member:
  Collaborate with team and educate associates on tools, tasks, resources, and mentor new technicians.
• Expert:
  Demonstrate knowledge of safety and compliance protocols, tire and battery industry guidelines, service standards, equipment operations, TPMS, Point of Sale systems, and selling techniques.
• Techie:
  Leverage digital tools to drive sales, improve service experience, and elevate associate engagement using handheld technology for immediate decisions.
• Owner:
  Communicate equipment, tool, and supply needs; track returns and special orders; operate cash registers, process transactions, maintain inventory, audit safety and compliance, and complete required documentation.
• Talent Ambassador:
  Advocate brand by valuing member experience, modeling high‑quality service, inspiring teamwork, and engaging in training.
• Leadership & Integrity:
  Comply with company policies, promote ethics, support Walmart’s regenerative goal, act with integrity, and serve customers and members with best results.
