Seasonal Associate – Customer Experience

As a Seasonal Associate, you will be the first face of the brand for families, greeting and assisting them with baby essentials, school supplies, and every step of their parenting journey.

• Welcome customers with a warm greeting and provide assistance with product styles, features, and benefits.
• Confidently resolve customer issues and manage multiple customers in a busy retail environment.
• Assist with omnichannel transactions to ensure a positive shopping experience.
• Execute point of sale/register transactions efficiently.
• Replenish and receive floor merchandise as needed.
• Communicate current promotional events and the loyalty program to customers.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and loss‑free store environment.

• Demonstrated customer service and engagement skills.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

• Lift up to 40 pounds and perform frequent bending, stooping, reaching, pushing, and pulling.
• Stand or walk for extended periods; climb up and down a ladder.
• Availability for days, nights, weekends, and holidays as scheduled.

Hourly: $16.00 – $18.25, based on experience and location.
