• Provides member service.
• Maintains the checkout area and processes member purchases.
• Assists with payments, returns, refunds, and exchanges according to company policies and procedures.
• Follows company safety standards, procedures, and guidelines, including conducting safety sweeps.
• Handles merchandise properly and reports unsafe situations to facility management.
• Maintains entrance and exit areas, verifies membership cards, and identifies member needs.
• Assists members with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, and transporting items.
• Maintains a safe shopping environment and performs emergency response procedures.
• Executes security and safety practices and maintains required documentation.
• Trains Member Frontline Services associates on company processes, teaches new technology, and provides continuous learning opportunities.
• Identifies shrink and damages and organizes merchandise.
• Completes work assignments by using policies, data, and resources; collaborates with managers, co‑workers, and customers; and adapts to change.

Live Better U is a paid education benefit program for full‑time and part‑time associates, covering high school completion to bachelor’s degrees and short‑form certificates.

Hourly wage range: $19.00 to $27.00. The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location. Additional compensation may include premiums of $0.35 to $3.00 per hour based on schedule, facility, season, or work performed.

• Retail experience including operating front‑end equipment such as a cash register.
• Experience working with mobile retail applications.

• Any additional qualifications that enhance the candidate’s ability to perform the role.
