• 2+ years of relevant retail experience
• Strong communication skills and ability to engage with diverse clientele
• Proficiency in reading, speaking, and writing in English
• Authorization to work for any employer in the United States; we are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment visa at this time
• Ability to meet store scheduling and availability expectations, including the ability to work a flexible schedule, weekends, holidays, and high retail traffic days (e.g., day after Thanksgiving, Memorial Day, Christmas Eve, Mother’s Day)

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (up to 8 hours per shift)
