Vehicle Sales Professional to join our growing team in Vacaville, CA.
If you enjoy meeting people, helping customers find the right vehicle, and working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, we want to meet you!
What You’ll Do- Welcome customers and create a positive, professional buying experience
- Learn about customers’ needs and recommend vehicles that fit their lifestyle and budget
- Present vehicle features, technology, options, and benefits
- Conduct professional vehicle demonstrations and test drives
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships
- Follow up with customers through phone, text, and email
- Work closely with our sales and management teams to deliver exceptional customer service
- Stay up to date on Kia products, incentives, and industry trends
- Consistently work toward and achieve individual and dealership sales goals
We’re looking for people who are:
- Friendly, outgoing, and confident communicating with customers
- Motivated by achieving goals and earning strong income
- Professional, dependable, and team-oriented
- Comfortable using computers, smartphones, and CRM systems
- Able to listen to customers and identify their needs
- Willing to learn and continuously improve
- Available to work on a dealership schedule, including weekends
Automotive sales experience is preferred but not required. We are willing to train the right candidate with the right attitude, work ethic, and desire to succeed.
