This is a part-time, on-site Salesperson role located in Vacaville, CA. The Salesperson will greet and assist customers in the showroom, understand their needs, and recommend furniture and accessories that fit their style, space, and budget. Daily responsibilities include providing product information, preparing quotes, processing sales transactions, and maintaining a clean, organized sales floor. The role also involves learning product features, updating inventory tags, and collaborating with team members to ensure excellent customer experiences.

Occasional weekend and evening shifts may be required based on store hours and customer demand.

• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with a diverse range of customers.
• Sales and retail experience, including consultative selling, handling transactions, and meeting or exceeding sales goals.
• Basic math, computer, and POS system skills to manage quotes, orders, and payment processing accurately.
• Interest in home furnishings and interior styling, with the ability to offer practical suggestions on product selection and room layout.
• Reliable, professional, and punctual, with the ability to stand, walk the showroom, and move light merchandise as needed.
• Effective verbal communication skills and a clear, friendly presentation style.
• Ability to work part-time, including some weekends or holidays as required.
• Previous retail or furniture sales experience is preferred but not required; high school diploma or equivalent is beneficial.
