As part of an elite team, a Security Officer will secure vital assets, be trained in enhanced security procedures, and be exposed to cutting‑edge technology. You will support the Security Control Center, monitoring life/safety events such as active crimes, fires, hazards, or threats. Tools such as NC4, Live Safe, and social media will be used for information gathering and reporting. Reporting on findings will be completed daily and weekly, with additional reporting required for larger security events when the Emergency Operations Center is activated.

CLS operators must remain flexible and able to quickly modify work habits appropriately when changes are implemented.

• Minimum of two (2) years of security operations center experience.
• Minimum of two (2) years of experience working in law enforcement.
• Minimum of three (3) years of experience working in a call center.
• Minimum of five (5) years of experience working in customer service.
• Possess a DD214 with at least two years service in a command center or GSOC environment.
• Associate’s degree in Criminal Justice, Computer Science, Homeland Security, Information Technology, or a related field.

• Job operates at client sites, which could be indoors or outdoors.
• Position requires prolonged standing and walking during daily security activities.
