• Day Time – Wed 03:00 PM – 11:00 PM
• Thu 03:00 PM – 11:00 PM
• Fri 03:00 PM – 11:00 PM
• Sat 03:00 PM – 11:00 PM
• Sun 11:00 PM – 07:00 AM

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities at a technology-focused location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting unusual activity to the appropriate contacts.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout offices, common areas, parking areas, and the perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and/or identify potential concerns.
• Monitor access points and verify credentials, deliveries, and visitor activity in accordance with site-specific protocols and posted instructions.
• Support day-to-day operations by communicating clearly with staff, guests, and/or first responders while following Allied Universal standards and location requirements.

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Loss prevention experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
