To qualify, you must be an experienced, independent installer ready to hit the ground running. Whether working solo or in a team, speed, precision, and completing jobs in one visit is key. Success in this role requires professionalism, organization, enthusiasm, problem-solving skills, social adeptness, and a willingness to learn the latest installation methods in electrical circuits and HVAC systems.

• Install Heat Pump Water Heaters
• Install Recirculation pumps
• Install pressure Tanks
• Install Mixing Valves
• Connect to the electric source
• Program electronic controls
• Assist on HVAC projects as needed
• Knowledge of local code
• Be able to work alone or with a team

• Arrive punctually at 6:30 am in Vacaville and be prepared for work
• Possess reliable transportation to the job site
• Maintain a clean driving record
• Have all necessary tools for the job (pro press and PEX expanders provided by us)
• Successfully pass a background check
• Complete a personality assessment
• Provide positive references

$25 - $40 hourly
