Termite Repair Technician

Clark Pest Control has provided pest control and lawn care services in California and northwestern Nevada since 1950. We are looking for Termite Repair Technicians to work on residential and commercial structures to repair damage caused by wood‑destroying organisms.

Termite Repair Technician duties include:

• Chemically treating and/or repairing structural damage on various commercial and residential structures.
• Maintaining contact with homeowners, buyers, agents, company inspectors, and others regarding work to be accomplished.
• Ensuring that jobs are done legally, professionally, and within specifications.
• Receiving and accounting for company funds.
• Maintaining company‑issued equipment and vehicle in a clean condition at all times.
• Reading and understanding label instructions regarding treatment procedures.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Employees earn an average of $23.00- $25.00 hourly

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• No experience required
• Valid driver’s license required
• Ability to obtain the appropriate pesticide license within the first 90 days of employment (company paid)
• Ability to work independently in the field and manage route‑based assignments

Candidates must meet physical job requirements and safely perform the job duties with or without accommodations:

• Safely use a ladder within the manufacturer's weight capacity.
• Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Safely access crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, roof tops, etc., including the ability to climb or balance and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
• Wear personal protective equipment (PPE) which sometimes requires an OSHA‑compliant respirator.
• Willing to work in different types of weather conditions.
