• $22/hour during paid training
• Realistic annual earnings of $80,000-$150,000 after training

No garage door or sales experience required. Mechanical aptitude and comfort speaking with customers are key.

• Install, service, and repair residential and light commercial garage doors and openers
• Perform thorough inspections to identify issues and ensure safe, high-quality work
• Explain findings and solution options to customers in a clear, respectful way
• Recommend repairs or upgrades when they truly make sense for the customer
• Document work with notes and photos for efficiency and follow-up
• Communicate professionally with teammates and customers
• Always put safety first—yours, your team’s, and your customers’
• Deliver excellent service that builds trust, referrals, and repeat business

• Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn a skilled trade
• Comfortable speaking with homeowners and explaining solutions (sales experience not required)
• Positive attitude, coachability, and strong work ethic
• Valid driver’s license and clean MVR
• Ability to lift 75+ lbs, climb ladders, and perform physical work
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Familiarity with OSHA safety standards is a plus
• Experience with garage doors or Service Titan is helpful—not required

• Paid Training at $22/hour
