We are looking for a mechanic to service and maintain our fleet of forklifts, reach lifts, and other equipment. This is a full‑time position based in Vacaville; however, it will travel where our equipment needs you (throughout Northern California).

Description:

• Travel to locations to perform on‑site routine maintenance.
• Communicate effectively, providing detailed breakdowns of service requirements and costs – Mechanic tasks may entail oil changes, filter replacements, etc.
• Maintain the company’s equipment and van, keeping it in excellent working condition and cleanliness.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and report any hazardous conditions to management.

Qualifications

• Ability to perform physical tasks, like lifting heavy equipment or working in uncomfortable positions for extended periods.
• A valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and ability to travel independently – The ability to explain complex mechanical issues in layman’s terms.
• A problem‑solving mindset and keen attention to detail.
• Take pride in providing top‑notch repair services and have the necessary skills and experience. You’ll have the chance to work with various vehicle types and undertake a broad range of tasks each day. This unique Mobile Mechanic role is perfect for those who enjoy challenges and have a deep love for cars.
