• A solid work ethic, honesty, and accountability.
• Good communication skills—you talk with the team, not at them.
• A High School diploma/GED.
• Restoration, construction, or related experience—definitely a plus but not required.
• IICRC certifications? Even better!
• A valid driver’s license and willingness for on-call shifts.
• Physical readiness for activity: think moving up to 100 lbs with help, climbing ladders, working in attics/ tight spaces, working with your hands, and handling repetitive tasks.

• Full‑time, between the hours of 7 AM–7 PM (Mon–Fri), minimum 40 hrs/week. Expect evenings, occasional weekends, and local travel with occasional out‑of‑area work.

• Frequent lifting up to 50 lbs, occasional up to 100 lbs (assisted), working overhead, in confined spaces, utilizing SERVPRO Solvents, hand tools and on feet all day.

$17.00 – $20.00 per hour
