Assist residents with high quality personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming, incontinent care, foot care, vital signs);
Assist residents with mealtime and encourage to eat;
Complete and document shift assignments and report to nursing supervisor when needed;
Communicate with residents, families, department heads, and director of resident services;
