Forklift Operator

Shift Details

Monday – Thursday: 4:30PM to 3:00AM

Friday – Sunday: 6:00AM to 7:30PM

Pay: $20 per hour plus a $1 per hour shift differential.

• Safely operate forklifts to move materials and load/unload trailers in support of production teams.
• Follow all safety protocols to help achieve zero incidents on every shift.
• Hand‑sort pallets based on product specifications and ensure quality standards are met.
• Maintain production pace to meet daily goals with accuracy and efficiency.
• Practice "Clean as You Go" and help maintain a safe, tidy workspace.
• Perform physical work lifting up to 70lb and repetitive motions throughout the shift.

• Prior forklift experience and certification preferred; training and certification will be provided if needed.
• Familiarity with pallet jacks and general warehouse operations.
• Experience in a fast‑paced, production‑based environment is a plus.
• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience preferred.
• A positive attitude and the ability to work well in a diverse team.
