As a Showing Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our business by delivering exceptional service during property showings and ensuring seamless client interactions. This position is designed to optimize availability and efficiency; it’s not a standard 9-to-5 role.
Compensation & Schedule- Base salary: $35,000–$40,000
- $1,000 bonus per buyer closing (expected first-year earnings ~$100,000)
- Required to work 3 weekends per month
- Paid time off
