Job Summary:

We are looking for a professional and courteous Front Desk Executive to be the first point of contact for our organization. The ideal candidate will manage front desk operations, handle administrative tasks, and ensure a positive experience for visitors and employees.

Location:

Vadodara (On site)
Shift timings:  12PM to 9PM

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome visitors in a professional manner
Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence
Maintain visitor records and issue visitor passes
Manage front desk operations and ensure smooth daily functioning
Coordinate with internal teams for meeting room bookings and schedules
Handle courier services, deliveries, and dispatches
Maintain office supplies and inventory at the reception
Assist in administrative and coordination tasks as required

Required Skills:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Customer service-oriented approach

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in any field
Minimum 1–3 years of experience in a Front Desk or Admin role
