Senior Executive- Maintenance

Key Responsibilities
Maintenance Strategy & Planning
Contribute to the development and implementation of maintenance vision, strategy, policies, and procedures to improve operational performance
Support new business initiatives and assess their impact on maintenance activities
Develop and implement a comprehensive Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) schedule
Ensure all missed or pending maintenance activities are effectively planned and executed
Operations & Equipment Management
Delegate maintenance tasks and projects effectively within the team based on skill sets
Schedule internal and external maintenance work, aiming to maximize planned downtime and minimize unplanned outages
Ensure machine availability by proactively managing dysfunctional machinery
Optimize equipment performance to achieve key operational KPIs
Oversee calibration and maintenance of electro-mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
Systems, Compliance & Reporting
Audit and maintain compliance with engineering data systems
Manage equipment and systems data storage, ensuring accuracy and standardization
Ensure all maintenance activities are in compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations
Prepare reports and deliver presentations on maintenance activities, KPIs, and system audits
Conduct risk assessments of departmental processes and manage contractor compliance on-site
Cost Control & Resource Management
Develop accountability for maintenance material spending and control operational expenditure
Identify required technical skill sets and resources for successful project execution, including coordination with external contractors
People Management & Development
Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing maintenance team to meet performance goals
Set departmental KPIs and assess team and individual performance
Foster collaboration with key stakeholders to ensure maintenance strategy compliance
Provide training and encourage continuous professional development for the team
