Position Summary

We are looking for a Senior Electronics Service / Repair Technician with strong hands-on expertise in repairing industrial electronic instruments. This role requires in-depth technical knowledge of PCBs, SMD-level repairs, and the ability to independently troubleshoot and repair a wide range of equipment. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, passionate about electronics repair, and eager to continuously learn and adapt to new technologies.

By working with state-of-the-art tools and under the guidance of experts, this role provides an excellent opportunity to develop advanced skills while contributing to Synchronics' reputation for service excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Perform repair and maintenance of industrial electronic instruments and equipment.
Carry out soldering and SMD-level PCB repair.
Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair instruments independently with minimal supervision.
Ensure high-quality standards in all repair processes.
Collaborate with technical teams to share knowledge and improve repair techniques.
Keep updated with new technologies and apply them in repair practices.

Requirements / Qualifications

ITI/Diploma/Degree in Electrical or Electronics is preferable.
Experience in electronics repairing, including soldering experience.
Experience in repairing PCBs at the SMD level.
Ability to repair instruments independently.
Self-motivated and detail-oriented.
Passion for electronics repair.
Excellent problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and repair techniques.
