Role Description  This is a full-time, on-site CCTV Technician role based in Ahmedabad. The CCTV Technician will install, configure, and test CCTV systems and related security equipment at client locations, ensuring proper coverage and functionality. Daily work includes running cables, mounting cameras, setting up recording devices, and integrating systems with existing infrastructure. The role involves troubleshooting technical issues, performing routine inspections and preventive maintenance, and documenting installations and service activities.

The technician will interact with clients on-site, explain system features, provide basic user training, and coordinate with the internal team to complete projects on time and in line with safety and quality standards.
Qualifications
Strong technical skills in CCTV Installation, including camera placement, cabling, system configuration, and basic networking.
Ability to diagnose and resolve issues through systematic Troubleshooting and use of appropriate tools and testing equipment.
Effective Communication and Customer Service skills to work professionally with clients and internal team members.
Awareness of safety practices when working around Hazardous Materials, electrical systems, and at heights or confined spaces.
Relevant diploma, certification, or vocational training in electronics, electrical, IT, or a related field.
Experience in security systems, access control, or surveillance solutions is preferred.
Ability to read technical drawings/manuals, maintain accurate records, and follow company procedures.
Physical ability to lift equipment, climb ladders, and work on-site in varied environments.
Willingness to travel within Ahmedabad and surrounding areas as required for installations and service calls.
