Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive dental care to infants, children, and adolescents
• Perform exams, cleanings, restorations, and limited orthodontic procedures
• Develop individualized treatment plans and educate patients and families on oral health
• Ensure a safe, child-friendly environment and manage patients with dental anxiety or special needs
• Collaborate with hygienists, assistants, and administrative staff to optimize clinical operations
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and adhere to dental regulations and standards
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and adopt evidence-based practices
• Engage in community outreach and education to promote pediatric oral health
