Office Administrator/ Coordinator
Eagle Valley Community Foundation (EVCF) is looking for an Administrative & Bookkeeping Coordinator. This position plays a key role in ensuring the smooth daily operation of EVCF’s office and supporting our programs, fiscal sponsorees, and staff. This position provides administrative support, bookkeeping assistance, and general office coordination. The ideal candidate is organized, detail‑oriented, adaptable to new technologies, and able to manage multiple priorities with integrity and excellent communication skills.

: $27- $29/hour – based on experience and qualifications
Schedule
:
Monday to Friday 8:30am-4:30pm (weekends as needed)

- Support daily office operations, including supply management, meeting scheduling, mail processing, and maintaining organized filing systems.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for visitors and callers, providing excellent customer service and managing designated email accounts.
- Coordinate meetings and events, including room setup, attendee communication, food ordering, and minute‑taking.
- Assist with office logistics such as key distribution, printer maintenance, kitchen upkeep, and vendor coordination.
- Provide administrative support to staff, programs, fiscal sponsorees, and the Board of Directors.
- Assist with bookkeeping tasks, including coding bank transactions, processing deposits, managing vendor setup in , and maintaining accurate financial backup documentation.
- Support audit preparation, in‑kind gift tracking, and month‑end processes in collaboration with the Accounting Manager.
- Serve as a cross‑trained backup for key accounting processes to ensure continuity and coverage.

- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
- Ability to track, organize, and analyze large volumes of information.
- Ability to use formulas and organize data in Microsoft Excel, preferred.
- Strong time‑management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
- Associate’s Degree in Business Administration or similar field.
- A minimum of 2 years of relevant professional experience, including:
Non Profit Accounting/Bookkeeping, Office Management, Administrative Support, and Customer Service.
