This role supports the leadership team to ensure smooth daily operations. The position coordinates administrative work, tracks team performance, and helps train and onboard new staff.
- Pay Range: $24 to $25 per hour
- Schedule:
Up to 40 hours per week, including weekends and holidays
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Office Administrator
- Fluency in English and Spanish
- Valid US driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Experience working in a fast paced, diverse environment
- Highly organized, detail oriented, and self motivated
- Proficient in Microsoft Office including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Publisher
- Coordinate daily housekeeping operations and help delegate work
- Track staff progress and ensure accurate system updates
- Maintain daily spreadsheets and verify room statuses
- Support lost and found processes
- Manage office inventory and supplies
- Submit work orders and assist with ordering and paperwork
- Support onboarding and training of new housekeeping staff
- Step in to lead the department when managers are unavailable
- Assist with inspections, inventories, and special projects
- Promote a safe and positive work environment
