, you’ll lead from the field with both urgency and sound judgment, keeping subcontractors, inspections, and deliveries moving while making sure the work follows established plans, quality, and safety standards. • Demonstrated construction experience with broad knowledge of residential construction methods and workmanship standards across all phases of a project
• Strong jobsite management, organizational, and field leadership skills
• Ability to read and interpret Architectural, Structural, and MEP plans and verify subcontractor compliance with project requirements
• Effective communication skills to resolve issues and keep work progressing towards results
  
  Solid understanding of construction safety practices
• Independent problem‑solving skills to make sound decisions and adapt as project conditions change
• Ability to closely collaborate with the Project Manager
• Supervisory experience, preferred

• Starting base salary of $100,000, commensurate with experience, plus bonus potential
• Company provided vehicle for business use. Vehicle to be allowed to be driven home in evenings.
• Company provided cell phone and iPad or Computer
• (2) weeks paid vacation per year
• (6) days paid sick time per year
• Eligible to participate in group health insurance plan with 50% contribution to employee plan
• Eligible to participate in 401K plan per after 1 year of employment (see guidelines)
• The following Holidays are observed:
  New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas

• Direct daily construction activity and jobsite operations
• Maintain safe and organized jobsites
• Coordinate day‑to‑day jobsite schedules across stakeholders and milestones
• Ensure completed work meets SRE’s quality standards, following provided plans and project specifications
• Proactively communicate progress and risks to the Project Manager
