We run a locksmith service and custom door hardware showroom, which means one minute you’re helping a designer choose the perfect matte black lever… and the next you’re dispatching a tech to rescue someone stranded in their driveway.
Responsibilities- Coordinate locksmith service calls, scheduling, technician workflow and invoicing.
- Handle orders, receiving, and documentation (details matter here).
- Occasionally be the hero who helps someone on a very bad day turn into a better one.
- You’re organized without being rigid.
- You can switch from “design consultant” to “problem solver” in about 3 seconds.
- You’re comfortable talking to anyone—contractors, homeowners, designers, or someone who just locked their keys in the car (again).
- You have a naturally helpful, cheerful disposition (this is non-negotiable—we deal in stress relief).
