Hourly Rate: $18.00 per hour. Targeted Final date to receive applications: 06/15/2026. This role offers a base wage of $18.00 per hour with production pay, with an annual pay range (base wages + production pay) expected to be between $38,900 and $107,900.
Sign-On Bonus Potential:
- Up to $2,000 with 1 year of marketing timeshare experience ( $1,000 paid after 45 days, $1,000 paid after six months of employment )
- Up to $1,000 with no timeshare experience ($500 paid after 45 days, $500 paid after six months of employment)
- Schedule sales presentations and manage customer expectations.
- Provide the highest level of service to exceed budgeted sales presentations and volume production goals.
- Ensure that all owners and guests attending a sales presentation meet eligibility requirements and are open to learning more about products and services.
- Use persuasive techniques that maximize revenue while maintaining existing guest loyalty.
- Welcome and greet guests; anticipate and address their needs.
- Interact with colleagues and guests professionally and promptly.
- Contribute to team goals.
- Always follow company policies and safety procedures.
- Highly motivated with sales or customer service experience and enjoy interacting with guests either in person or by phone.
- Available to work various shifts, holidays, and weekends.
- Concierge and/or sales experience preferred.
- Position may require background and drug screening, in accordance with state and local requirements.
- Physical ability to reach overhead and below the knees, perform bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping, and stand, sit, or walk for an extended period.
