Join our online shopping and catalog department. Work closely with our team to provide a high level of customer service over the phone and online.
Responsibilities- Answering customer questions over the phone and online
- Processing phone and online orders
- Giftwrapping and packing shipments
- Tracking shipments
- Checking in inventory
- General office and administrative tasks.
Applicants should be professional, have great attention to detail, be well organized, be able to multitask and enjoy working as a team. Excellent telephone and communication skills a must. Previous customer service experience with high end clientele is a plus.
Schedule- 5 days a week
- Available to work weekend days when needed
- Starting $25 per hour. Negotiable based on experience
