We are actively seeking an Associate Dentist to join our growing team.

• Provide dental services to patients with support of the dental team.
• Deliver care to a primarily pediatric patient base (ages 3‑21, up to 30% adults).
• Participate in morning huddles and team collaboration activities.
• Maintain practice workflow with an average of 10‑12 operative patients and 20‑25 hygiene patients per day.
• Adhere to yearly OSHA, HIPAA, and Emergency Management training requirements.

• DDS/DMD from a dental school accredited by the Commission on Dental Accreditation.
• Current, valid license to practice dentistry in the state(s) where care is provided or eligible for licensure.
• CPR, DEA, and Nitrous Oxide certification (depending on state).
• Compassionate approach and strong desire to provide dental care to both children and adults.

• Guaranteed base pay in excess of $200,000 with uncapped earning potential.
• Sign‑on bonus up to $50,000.
