As a Personal Banker – Universal within PNC's Vail organization, you will be based in Vail, CO.

Responsibilities

Acquire and deepen the branch customer base through a variety of proactive sales and service activities. Manage the customer experience by identifying opportunities to improve the customer’s financial wellbeing. Collaborate with ecosystem partners to grow the customer’s share of wallet. Position PNC solutions to drive new revenue and customer loyalty. Drive proactive sales conversations through internal and outbound interactions with a defined sales process including outbound calling, service to sales, teller interactions, appointment setting and effective lobby engagement, ultimately elevating client loyalty.

Deliver a full PNC conversation with every client interaction to identify appropriate PNC solutions. Leverage ecosystem partnerships and community centers of influence to acquire, expand and retain relationships. Create customer loyalty and grow customer share of wallet through a differentiated customer experience. Perform lobby engagement activities to connect with customers and position PNC products to meet their needs. Educate customers on options for managing financial transactions by leveraging technology, tools and resources.

Apply product and procedural knowledge to identify, mitigate and solve customer problems effectively to drive customer loyalty. Manage risk through adherence to all policies and procedures, demonstrating sound judgment within established limits. Demonstrate heightened scrutiny to identify and avoid loss. Participate in branch daily operations, ensuring they are completed efficiently and accurately.

Education, Certifications & Licenses

Roles at this level typically require an Associate’s or equivalent degree as well as related experience or product knowledge to accomplish primary duties. Typically requires 3+ years of experience. In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job‑specific certification(s), and experience (including military service) may be considered. No required certification or license.

Pay Transparency

Base Salary: $45,375.00 – $75,625.00. Salaries may vary based on geographic location, market data, and on individual skills, experience, and education. This role is incentive‑eligible with payment based upon company, business and/or individual performance.
