Gravity Haus is seeking a passionate and skilled Esthetician to join our spa team. The position is part‑time. The ideal candidate brings warmth, professionalism, and a deep commitment to wellness. In this role, you will provide expert skincare services while creating meaningful, recovery‑focused experiences for our members and guests.
Key Responsibilities Guest Experience & Services- Perform high‑quality spa services including facials, waxing, lash and brow tinting, and eyebrow shaping.
- Greet clients warmly and conduct thorough consultations to assess skincare needs and treatment goals.
- Deliver personalized, recovery‑focused treatments that align with Gravity Haus wellness principles.
- Educate guests on skincare routines and recommend retail products to support long‑term skin health.
- Ensure guests feel comfortable, cared for, and supported throughout their spa experience.
- Prepare treatment rooms before each service and ensure cleanliness, sanitation, and organization after each appointment.
- Follow all OSHA and DORA hygiene and sanitation standards.
- Maintain punctuality and professionalism when managing appointment schedules.
- Assist with restocking treatment rooms, linens, and supplies to maintain operational readiness.
- Support spa merchandising and maintain awareness of product inventory levels.
- Work collaboratively with spa and hospitality team members to ensure a seamless guest experience.
- Attend team meetings and ongoing training sessions.
- Promote Gravity Haus offerings including wellness programming, fitness amenities, and membership benefits.
- Maintain a professional appearance and positive, solution‑oriented attitude.
- Report maintenance or safety concerns in a timely manner.
- Valid Colorado Esthetician License (required).
- Previous experience in a spa, hotel, or resort setting is preferred.
- Passion for wellness, skincare, and holistic health.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a guest‑first mindset.
- Sales‑oriented with the ability to confidently recommend services and retail products.
- Reliable team player with a proactive and professional approach.
- Appreciation for the outdoors, sustainability, and personal wellness.
- Must be available for morning and evening sessions.
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and peak seasonal periods as needed.
- Ability to stand for extended periods (up to 8 hours per shift).
- Frequent walking, bending, reaching, and lifting light objects (up to 25 lbs).
- Manual dexterity required to perform skincare treatments with precision.
- Comfortable working in a calm, low‑light spa environment.
