• Core responsibilities: As an RRT, you’ll assess patients’ respiratory status, implement and adjust evidence‑based therapies, and manage devices such as ventilators, CPAP/BiPAP, and oxygen delivery systems. You’ll perform procedures like bronchodilator therapy, chest physiotherapy, airway clearance techniques, and aerosolized medication administration, while monitoring patient progress, interpreting arterial blood gases, and documenting all findings accurately.
