🩺 Role Highlights
Dual-Modality Excellence:
Perform diagnostic MRI and X-ray examinations according to Vail Health protocols, ensuring technical accuracy for radiologist interpretation.

Patient Advocacy:
Review exam orders against clinical diagnoses and verify all demographic and physician data for 100% consistency.

Tech Integration:
Maintain a working knowledge of HIS and PACS computer systems for seamless documentation.

Continuity of Care:
Collaborate with patients, families, and the healthcare team to ensure a safe and professional imaging experience.

Environment:
Manage inventory, keep dressing rooms stocked, and maintain strict adherence to radiation protection and infection control standards.

📋 Mandatory Requirements
Certification (MRI): ARRT(MR) OR ARMRIT required.

Certification (Radiology): ARRT(R) required.

Basic Life Support:
Current BLS (AHA).

Experience:

1+ year of previous MRI Tech experience (preferred); healthcare experience is required.

Soft Skills:

Working knowledge of the English language and ability to role model "Just Culture" values.

Compliance:
Must be HIPAA compliant and pass all competency requirements within 90 days.

🏃 Physical Demands
Versatility:
High range of motion required (lifting up to 50 lbs, standing/walking for 70% of the day).

Population:
Experience with all ages (Neonatal through Geriatric) is required.
