Four Seasons - - Responsibilities:
Be present at all times of high occupancy to ensure that professional, courteous and efficient guest service is offered, following the standards and sequence of service.;
Establish and maintain adequate equipment and product par stock.;
Handle guest service enhancements and glitch resolution in case of guest complaints or negative comments and ensure full closure of this, to the guest's satisfaction.;
Staying current with F&B offerings and collaborating with GM on VIP experiences, enhancements, and pop-ups.;
Perform pre-shifts to ensure that each employee has a professional personal appearance, as well as a professional, warm and sincere posture.
