Overview: The Banquet Server serves meals to patrons in food and beverage establishments. They help set up, replenish items, and tear down events.

Able to work any day of the week, including weekends and holidays.
Earn $12.14/hr plus gratuities. Looking to fill this role by June 30, 2026 or earlier for a late May/early June start date.
Job duties- Set up and break down Banquet Rooms to prepare for functions and daily breakfast service.
- Opening and closing duties of breakfast room as assigned by supervisor.
- Serve patrons from chafing dish at table.
- Serve patrons pre‑plated meals at table.
- May act as a bartender.
- Observe guests to respond to any additional requests.
- Brews coffee and performs other services as determined by supervisor.
- Clears and resets tables as necessary.
- May operate beverage machinery.
The following qualifications are required:
- High school diploma or GED; or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
- Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
- Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of the organization.
- Ability to add and subtract two‑digit numbers and to multiply and divide with 10’s and 100’s; ability to perform these operations using units of American money and weight measurement, volume, and distance.
- Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions, and to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.
- Ability to obtain a TIPs or local Responsible alcohol awareness certificate.

Employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds; regularly stand, walk, use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl; talk or hear and taste or smell; occasionally sit and climb or balance. Works in outdoor weather conditions, moderate noise level.
