Remedy Host PT/FT

The Host is the guest’s first impression of the restaurant, with knowledge of seating chart, reservation system, menus, and guest preferences.

• Greet and seat guests while coordinating reservations and responding to inquiries in an efficient, courteous, and professional manner to achieve maximum customer satisfaction.
• Answer phones, confirm reservations, and make new reservations.
• Respond to inquiries and problems efficiently, courteously, and professionally.
• Adapt to work in any of the F&B outlets at the property as needed.

• Previous experience in a fast‑paced Food and Beverage environment or related work experience.
• Ability to operate computer equipment.
• Strong communication skills, as the role has direct contact with guests.
• Fluency in English is required;
  Spanish speaking is preferred.
• Must be able to stand for 8 hours.

• Wage: $21.25 per hour.

• This is a part‑time position.
• Ability to work morning, afternoon, and evening shifts, including weekends and holidays.
