We are seeking a talented, highly motivated, self‑starting creative individual with a passion to elevate their Marketing career. This person will help create and coordinate hotel activation programming and drive Food and Beverage Marketing initiatives.

• Liaise with Marketing and Public Relations agencies to supply content for Social Media and Press opportunities
• Assist with the preparation of influencer and media visits
• Assist in the preparation, coordination, collection, production, supervision and follow‑up of promotions and hotel activations
• Support the hotel in day‑to‑day administrative tasks as needed to promote the hotel
• Manage the reservation system, ensuring efficient booking and table management
• Greet guests warmly and professionally upon arrival, providing exceptional customer service
• Seat guests efficiently and according to restaurant policies, considering party size and preferences
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front‑of‑house area
• Collaborate with the management team to improve restaurant operations and enhance customer satisfaction
• Actively participate in marketing and sales efforts to increase restaurant revenue, including promoting large party bookings

The Large Party Coordinator will receive a 3% incentive bonus based on the total revenue generated from large parties booked directly by the coordinator for our different outlets. This bonus is calculated and paid bi‑weekly. Documentation of bookings, including guest counts and revenue, must be accurately maintained.
