Inspect guest rooms, public areas, and facilities to ensure cleanliness and quality standards are met;
Monitor room status, identify discrepancies, and coordinate resolution with the Front Desk;
Prioritize and communicate room assignments and operational updates across departments;
Serve as a liaison between Housekeeping, Front Office, Engineering, and Laundry;
Oversee inventory control, stocking of supplies, and tracking of usage and shortages
