Ensure venue is exactly as contracted on BEO;
Conduct a Stand up with FOH staff to discuss BEO and any specific details about event;
Oversee and assign duties to staff during event;
Oversee seating of guests, serving of meals and beverages, and quick clearing of tables;
Maintain brand standards and ensure BEOs are followed and serviced in a timely manner
