Supervise the ski valet team to ensure timely access to equipment for members;
Act as the point of communication between managers and the valet team;
Maintain organized and up-to-date ski inventory;
Track guest ski storage and tunes; ensure skis are retrieved from tune shops;
Provide immediate and courteous member service and maintain cleanliness of the Club and surrounding work areas
