Vail Mountain Lodging is seeking an Assistant Property Manager to help deliver exceptional service and support the daily operations of our vacation rental community. This role is ideal for a hospitality professional who thrives on creating memorable guest experiences, building strong relationships with owners and guests, and keeping operations running smoothly. Duties Include:
- Serve as a primary point of contact for guests and homeowners, providing a welcoming experience and responsive support throughout their stay.
- Conduct daily inspections of buildings and private residences to ensure properties are maintained to high standards.
- Complete light maintenance, grounds upkeep, and property care tasks to support the overall guest and homeowner experience.
- Monitor property conditions, identify opportunities for improvement, and communicate issues or needs to the appropriate teams.
- Act as the eyes and ears of the properties, helping ensure smooth daily operations and exceptional service.
Employment Status: Full Time, Year Round
Pay Rate: $32 - $35/ hour
Schedule: Thursday
- Monday, 8:30am - 5:00pm

- Proactive problem-solver who takes initiative and can work independently.
- Reliable team player who takes ownership of tasks and contributes to a positive guest experience.
- Spanish language skills are a plus.
