Meet and greet guests while delivering a warm, enthusiastic, and professional first impression.;
Operate an Express Lift Ticket Pickup handheld device to provide efficient, seamless service and reduce wait times.;
Guide guests with way finding, directions, and recommendations to ensure a smooth arrival experience.;
Actively manage guest flow and queue areas to enhance efficiency and minimize congestion.;
Assist other departments as needed, including ticket and pass sales, ski & ride school, mountain access scanning, activities operations, food & beverage, parking, and lift operations.
